You Got MAIL!
The purpose of these email's is to notify our customers about what is going on every week to two weeks. This one was our first email sent out in which I state what the company is and what it offers to our customers. I wanted it to to be simple and not too over bearing but in that it would still highlight some of the key points of what we are as a small business.
The theme I was going for in this was I wanted the header part to have the colour scheme I had selected of grey and a teal blue. After, the process I wanted to place a background image which would notify the viewer: Hey! you got a new message from Mcmedia come check it out. One of the benefits from this I believe is it helps me but also the viewers to get the mail/newsletter since I can send out huge bundles to everyone and the process of seeing how things. The best thing with this is if there is any issues I can send my visitors and guests quick and easy fast emails on new events happening along the way.
My goal out of this is with the email blast is it will be connected to our contact form so clients will automatically be subscribed to us but for any circumstance you would like to stop getting notifications like this it would be alright I can easily make small modifications for you as our guest. The point is I want to make sure my customers are happy but also getting any new information on what is going or some real good deals we will plan to provide along the way.
The next email blast I plan to focus on is helping to explain the prices and what each one would provide our guest/customers. Each package has a select difference in style and format. Which is why I placed my packages as prices will vary. The only thing which would stay the same is each of the packages has a 2 hour timeframe where we can do anything for you in our photography and video shoot. But, if there are some circumstances in which can not be meet to notify me one hour in advance so that we both can set a new schedule and get you in as soon as possible. With that being said as well the prices will vary on customization and what is planned to be done for you. My goal is I want your packages to be something you are proud of and will last as a heirloom for you and your loved ones. So please, always check for these nice emails never know a special deal may be in the air of what we plan to do soon.
